Better yet...
When you buy a gun at a store, they will always tell you one thing. If you have a kid at home it is best to show them so they "respect" the power of the gun. Whether its right or wrong is not for us to say but at least that was one right thing he did...

Those are the same kids that take a gun to school because someone called them "fat".

Maybe those parents that have the guns should keep them locked up or something. At the end of the day I got bigger and more pressing issues then that.

+1. i find it funny that the parents are always so quick to find someone else to blame for the gun THEY brought to the house. If you're man/woman enough to bring something in your home that can kill someone, you should be adult enough to keep it somewhere that it cant be found.

Well that's at least how the verse goes. If P is going to do that he has to teach responsibility with that and add moral values. Or maybe because of P's lifestyle he feels at some point his son has to protect himself. This at the same time could go either way. I don't know why he feels he has to advertise it to everyone.
There are more ways to survive in the real world besides packing heat.

And still I see no changes can't a brother get a little peace
It's war on the streets & the war in the Middle East
Instead of war on poverty they got a war on drugs
so the police can bother me
And I ain't never did a crime I ain't have to do
But now I'm back with the facts givin' it back to you
Don't let 'em jack you up, back you up,
crack you up and pimp smack you up
You gotta learn to hold ya own
they get jealous when they see ya with ya mobile phone
But tell the cops they can't touch this
I don't trust this when they try to rush I bust this
That's the sound of my tool you say it ain't cool
my mama didn't raise no fool
And as long as I stay black I gotta stay strapped
& I never get to lay back

They are one of he best groups of all time. In recent years P's pen game has fallen off. Maybe he will be more focused with him doing time.
Also there is a Big Noyd show at the knitting factory. tomorrow.
