What happened was that Isiah decided to f up with the way this team should be playing. This team was never going to be a defensive team so the strategy should have been to run and outscore opponents and try to play tight defense for a 3 minute stretch in the fourth quarter and that would be the way we would win games.
Then he went away from the stability of an eight man rotation and started playing everyone for random minutes without rhyme or reason.
Finally he panicked after two bad lossess and instead of refocusing on doing what we were doing to be 2-1 he benched marbury and lsot the team.
