I was actually one of the few fans that wanted to somehow bring over Davis and Magloire. So not all fans think alike.

yea Baron Davis used to be my favorite player in the league but now that he is on the Westcoast i don't get to watch him asmuch, because if i am going to watch a westcoast game it will be when Kobe plays.

The key for Baron is that he finally decided to play defense, and Nelly has him playing inspired, sometimes i wonder if when Baron leaves GSW this summer if they would want Marbury.

oh btw, if Washington wants to do the smart thing, when Gilbert opts out, they let him go and instead sign Baron Davis to a max-deal.

I've wanted Brevin Knight for years. I've even said he was a better point guard then Marbury.

Raymond Felton is the next Marbury, I mean besides Tony Parker who people still haven't realized is a shoot-first PG who just happens to have the 2nd best player in the league on his team.

I don't think Felton is like Marbury, I recall Felton having a pass-first mentality in draft camp and has developed a nice defensive game thanks to Bickerstaff and Knight (the last couple seasons).

As for Parker, he may look to shoot-first but he doesn't have the range to shoot well. So he does defer to the big man thoug. He's also played under Pops, so I am sure that also helps instead of playing under Isiah Thomas.

I've always wanted Sam Cassell. The guy has a great basketball IQ, underrated. It's crazy the number's this guy has put up yet the highest he has made in a season is $6,850,000.

it's probably because the teams lose a few fans in the stands when they refuse to watch his face live. so it evens out.

what is the purpose of this thread? at the time, baron was fat and injury prone, and so was boozer? hell the jazz were entertaining trading him a year or so ago.... Listen, baron or boozer is not going to lead the knicks to the promised land, so stop acting like we turned down a trade for Kobe... 3 years ago, marbury was playing well, at least statistically, your hindsight analysis is cocky and senseless if you ask me.... You are talking about players that are pretty much equal across the board.. tell me, since then, how many rings have boozer and baron won? get my point?
