That's real good but too Hoosierish and Generic.

"I hate this team" in a mumbling, but detectable voice

I don't actually hate the Knicks myself, but it'd be fun and interesting to say in there.

I wonder if anybody on the bench or in a huddle in the NBA has actually muttered that - ".......I hate this team".

I can just imagine the reaction(s) if anybody heard that on the bench. A surprised look and/or scowl, and "what the ****?" "What?!"

damn, there are some dumb and painfully unfunny people on this board.

i'd probably say this:

"play the game like YOU know how to play it. just pretend you're in the park. we can beat them 1 on 1 every position we have. spread the wealth. whoever has the hot hand, keep shooting. when you're on defense just worry about your man. get in their heads. trash talk. throw bows. play dirty. its the only chance we have."

i got this concept from tupac when he was directing a video with the outlaws.

i would say "INTERACTION, if we all play 1 on 1 then we should all be wearing jerseys that have different teams on them. we are all knicks and should play as a team and put everything else to the side."

You guys would all make Larry Brown proud! Way to prove how right he was. Now if only we can rehire him, and tell im how wrong we all were.
