Former Miami Heat star Glen Rice was arrested Friday on a felony battery charge after police say he beat a man he found hiding in his estranged wife's closet.

Uhh..ok..so you go home after a long day's work to your wife expecting to have a dinner together, only to find some naked dude banging your wife in the closet..back in the day people would shoot both the guy and the wife and get away with reason of insanity. In other countries the cheating wife and man are put to death.

So let me get this straight..if you go home and your wife is getting plowed by some dude, if you smack them both up YOU'RE the one put to jail?

Well, the article did say that they were "estranged". Were they formally separated? On the verge of breaking up?

It's not like players in the NBA ever cheat on their wives and girlfriends...
