I'm beginning to warm up to Zach. He may be selfish as hell, but at least he has shown the willingness to pass. And he plays hard.

I'm tired of watching a lazy Curry get balls ripped out of his hands by players a half a foot smaller than him, I'm tired of seeing 6'6 guys rebounding over him, I'm tired of the forcefeeding and the lack of court vision.

Curry is an embarrasment to the NBA center position. He does nothing that would fit the job description of being a center.

Curry is just going through the motion out there. He isn't even finishing game anymore.

I'd move him for Wilcox and Watson

I always said zach was a selfish vacuum, but at least he plays hard. My question is, who does zach play hard for.. when he can prove he plays hard for his teamates and not for zach, then maybe I can live with him. Until then, he and curry can go. But damnit curry needs to go now!!

I hate Curry as much as anyone on this board but if there bigs are horrible why would we want Wilcox? I dont follow them so I dont know his game, but isnt his contract longer than Currys?

wilcox is a willing rebounder and defender, elite level athlete, big time finisher.. I think consistency is his problem, but really the sonics never ran the offense through him either.. Don't know if he is capable of handling that..

Curry gives professional basketball players a bad name. He is absolutely uninspired and embarassing to his home team's fans. He should be ashamed of himself. His punishment should be watching days of video tape of himself playing, with those Clockwork Orange glasses.

Eddy Curry

for

Zaza Pachulia + Tyrone Lue or Lorenzen Wright (both expiring) + 2009 First Round Pick (Top 3 protected)
DENVER NUGGETS
Kyrie Irving/Josh Green/Dennis Schroder
Demar Derozan/Gordon Hayward/Amir Coffey
Torrey Craig/Gary Harris/Cedi Osman
Jarace Walker/Larry Nance Jr./Dominick Barlow
Xavier Tillman/Charles Bassey/Nick Richards

I still think both guys need to go.
But I'm definitely warming up to Zach, and deepening my hatred for Curry.

Whether or not we keep Zach, we need a 5 who can defend, rebound, pass, and just play with heart and intelligence.

I'd rather see Jerome James play than Eddy Curry because Zach will be focused on offense and Jerome can block shots better then any of our big men and is a better rebounder than Curry. Also are probably in the same shape. Plus, Jerome will get tired and David Lee will pick up 30 mpg.

Exactly. That's all I've been saying. I see the flaws in Zach's game and in the past few games (ever since he and Isiah had words during the game), he seems to have acknowledged them. His attempts per game has gone down, while his rebounding has remained steady.

Plus, I like how Zach relishes taking the big shot to swing momentum our way. He and Crawford want the ball when it's crunch time!

Agreed. Just dont want to see James be a ball hog on the offensive end.
