+1.
Those two guys would help NYK but I STILL feel DRose is a bit raw. I like Darell Arthur's intensity, defense, and explosiveness around the basket. He has a little mean streak in him but its controlled. I don't see him as a star but a huge contributor on the next level. His stock will rise after the NCAA tourney.

Back to Kansas, How would you rank Mario Chalmers among the nation's top PGs? also, I think if Sherron Williams wasn't on Kansas he would he be more bally-hooed as one of the top PG guards in the country. He is an explosiveness little guard that can get to the rim AT WILL. he's a good, slick passer.

How would you cats rank the top PGs on the country?

Beasley has got to go #1. He is a man child with great all around skills. He will be the biggest star of the bunch. Think a slightly smaller, but stronger T-Mac. He will be the answer at the 3 and is probably talented enough to play and guard the 2 when needed.

haven't seen much of williams just a little , again at a about 5'11 he is a bit undersized but he is a competitior and he has received a lot of recognition and welldesered. chalmers is nice a little undersized, I question if he is even 6'0 nevertheless 6'1.. he does have quick hands on defense, that is how he gets a lot of steals, nice game, good floor general, but when you look at guys like mayo, rose and Gordon(rose being the more true PG between the three) these guys are big, and explosive, good scorers and mayo and rose are good defenders. I just don't see chalmers that way and from a talent standpoint those other three have very high ceilings because they are exceptional athletes with a high skill level..

If I had to rank the top PG's in the country, I would start with Rose, simply because of his ability, his natural PG instincts, defense and he runs an undefeated team...

Then I would go with Mayo, simply because he is so explosive and a better defender than most give him credit for..

Gordon

Bayless

Agustine

Chalmers

Williams

Maynor

collison

And you could take the last 6 on my list and put them in any order becuase they are all good PG's collinson may be closer to Agustine and bayless.

with that being said, you have a good crop of PG's but I think when you have mayo, rose, and gordon, you have three, super athletes and super talents, the other PG's all bring something unique to the table, but lack the overall explosivness of the others.. Bayless I like a lot, the same with austine, those guys are high IQ players...

Think of a cross between Napoleon Dynamite and Michael Jordan.

I don't know if he's #1, but he might be top 5 (is he declaring?)

1. Beasley
2. Rose
3. Green/Gordon
5. Jordan

(yeah, people say Jordan isn't any good, but he's still got the tools), I don't think he slips below 5.

NY may draft #6, unless we get lucky, and I hope we get lucky!!!

hibbert in top 5?? :banghead: :noway: :nonono:

this guy averags 6.8rpg at 7'2" on the college level(pathetic).. his offense is garbage.. he disappears for big minutes during many games.. hes incredibly inconsistent.. and hes not even that good of a shotblocker at < 2 a year (that is garbage on the college level, even guys like frye averaged > 2 in college) not to mention an awful foul shooter at ~60-65%

this guy wont even be top 10

I'm sure the knicks would pick around 5-7, and if we end up with Mayo, I would be more than happy. Also, i would love to see if we can get a mid first and select Bill Walker .

What do we need Walker for if we already have Chandler on the bench rotting away?
