OT: Stephen A. Smith: Stop the Black-on-Black Crime

This post is written in response to several blog posts incorrectly stating I regret voting for President Obama.
First things first: I DO NOT regret voting for President Barack Obama. I DO believe his heart is in the right place. I DO feel that his intent to bring change to America, to improve the lives of the desolate and poverty stricken is, ultimately, what he is all about. That explains and validates why more than 69 million citizens voted for him in the last Presidential Election. None of them envisioned they would regret doing so, either.
But that doesn’t mean they won’t regret it eventually, that they won’t rue the day they voted for Obama to be this nation’s 44th President, if he continues to spend us into oblivion, neglect addressing unemployment, purportedly weakening our national security – and smiling on the television tube entirely too much while doing so.

I'm ok with black-on-black crime, as long as the black man being attacked is Stephen A. Smith.

Does stop the Black on Black crime also mean stop the Black on whoever crime? Can this apply across races?

Sounds like he is really confused. So he wants spending or not spending? He is worried about the unemployment or the deficit? He wants to spend more money on another war? What exactly does he want? Is he thinking we could get over the great recession with magic? These things take time dude. Chill out dude and make up your f**ing mind.

I always liked Stephen A. He's been pretty good since he left ESPN. I refuse to talk politics with this board though, especially seeing how talking about the Knicks cause drama. I can only imagine what gets said when it comes to politics.

The point is that he shouldnt be hated on for thinking that obama is doing a bad job. Just cause they're both black doesn't mean he has to agree with whatever obama is doing.

Quite frankly, SAS should have read Kevin Phillips' Bad Money - where he would have learned that the rosy scenario is a decade or so of stagflation. That's the rosy scenario. The idea that any President elected in 2008 would have the juice to turn this thing around anytime soon is something right out of science fiction. It took us a long time to create this financial mess, and it going to take us a long time for us to work our way out of it.

Dang, brother. Please don't tell that to the cats who think we got over this recession, like yesterday, and BRI will now go up next summer to such a degree that we can now offer 3 max salaries, along with the keys to the city...

This just reminds me how lucky we are to not have to listen to Stephen A Smith anymore. He should be come a political analyst, that way I'll never have to see him. I stay out of politics, leave it to those who think whatever it is the are arguing is actually important or some how a cause for change. Politics are the results/effect of society's ideas not the cause. Anyway glad I don't have to worry about him showing up on Espn or Espn radio.

LOL Stephen A. Smith doesn't know what he's talking about when it comes to basketball. Now we're supposed to care about what he has to say about politics? I would like to say that I'm surprised that someone would publish that, but sadly if it fits with someone's agenda, you will see it in print.

Humor wasn't the objective, it was a metaphor for your elitist, liberal mentality of attacking me for starting a thread with Gay-Mart in its title the other day.
But I wouldn't expect someone of your magnanimity or superior intelligence to be able to relate to such symbolism.

Whoa, easy there Sarah.
And I can't relate to it because I have yet to see whatever you intended to have there.

Funny, the only chick I see in this or that past convo is you. {You shouldnt use a word like gay in that context, waah, waah, etc}
I'm a grown man, and self employed. If I wanted to be told what to do, what I should or shouldn't say then I'd live elsewhere and Id work for someone or some company. People who think they can impose their view of right or wrong on others in the context you previously tried are liberal fascists. You only agree with free speech when it furthers your misguided dogma. But anything that threatens your self righteous sense of moral turpitude is a threat and immediately needs to be met with ridicule. It's a sad way to approach life, and I wake up everyday thankful that I haven't been poisoned with a similar thought process.
Since liberalism or whats the PC term now? Progressivism, is devoid of logic having a conversation with you would be tantamount to having one with my wall.
So good day madame. Good day.
