Hammond sounded like he wants to try and win as much as possible with this group. He says we need to stay healthy.
If we win some the value of our players will go up.

Re: TRANSCRIPT: John Hammond on "The Mark Moses Show" - 6/28/22
I like this interview, seems pretty open and on point.
Core of the team seem to be Franz, Paolo and WCJ. Agree with take that Franz influenced decision to draft Paolo, who seemed to be on top of the board early, but fell a place or two at tail end of season. They liked his skillset, more specifically ability to make others better, and how NBA ready he already was physically. I might be reading too much into what Hammond says, but I do pick a bit of concern on motor, though.
Understanding is that today 3PT shooting is paramount, but will rely on Fultz next season as midrange shooter. Suggs doing great defensively, but offense is a concern and they need him to improve. Cole just a guy, Isaac not mentioned indicating he's not having a big part in plans going forward.
Good assessment mostly matching what I personally think as well, other than Paolo's motor for which I have no data suggesting it might be issue.
