Expectations

I wanna see:
- Fultz continue to work on his finishing, close, and mid range game.
- Suggs tighten his handles, focus on transition scoring, and develop his 3.
- Franz be a secondary playmaker and utilize cuts/off-ball screens for open 3s
- Banchero develop his defensive IQ, his 3, and his rebounding.
- Isaac play backup 4/5 on a minutes restriction.
- WCJ continue working on his 3 and his passing out of DHOs and passing from the post.
- Cole accept being a 6th man off the bench scorer that can still facilitate a second unit's offense who gets better at shot selection and improves efficiency.
- Houstan make the rotation

I think we can compete for the 10th seed, but ultimately end up outside of the play-in while improving our win total by 6-12 from last year depending on health and individual improvement of players on the roster.

Suggs and Franz improve greatly in year 2.
Carter cements himself as a top Center in the league.
Paolo EARNS being considered the focal point of the offense and potentially ROY.

Don't care about the record. Don't care where Orlando lands in the draft if everything else happens.

Besides the championship, my expectations are:

1.) Healthy players and Isaac return.
2.) Franz more aggressive on the boards, and a better man to man defender.
3.) Suggs improving his offense. Him and Hampton improving their dribble and decisive decision making.
4.) Markelle returning to Washington form and overcoming the mental issues that is causing his shooting woes.
5.) A motivated Bamba.
6.) An improved WCJ, Harris, Ross, Cole, Hampton, Cannady.
7.) I want Caleb to make the team.
8.) I would like Paolo to become the go to scorer by the end of the season.
9.) I want us to win 42+ games.
10.) I want to make the playoffs so that our players can gain experience.
