Well, I think it is fair to say that Magic fans do not agree with a 23 win total. For me personally, it is impossible Orlando would do that poorly. Even if the team again averaged missing 5.5 players per game as last year, that sill lands the team at about a 23-win total.
My prediction: Orlando will be closer to the last play-in team in the final rankings than the worst team. A poor season could see a 26 win total and a good season a 34 win total. Those are more realistic concepts.

There's a very wide range of scenarios for ORL's record...If Vegas puts the line at 23 wins, it's time to shake out the couch cushions for money to put down on the over...I also don't see IND at the bottom of the standings in the East.
The pacers pretty much blew up their roster, I really do believe they are that bad.
