Suggs played terrible on offense his rookie season. I definitely see him getting to average on offense this year. Suggs handle is actually what I’m least optimistic about.

Well, SG has the lowest PER expectations. So, if Orlando can find high volume scoring from other slots, then Suggs can be "hidden" as an off-ball guard. There, I guess an eFG% of .45 is a target. As a low-utilisation target.
