Again, we talk about player who failed to even reach double digits in scoring in 25 out of 33 games. In league where 170 out of 300 active players average 10 ppg ...

I am getting sick and ill watching the Magic play 4 on 5 in their half court sets. The fact that Harris is not getting shots means that he is moving VERY poorly without the ball.

Orlando needs whoever this generations JJ Redick is as its next SG. And that ain't G-Harris. The best in the league is probably Bradley Beal, who is not realistic.

Lakers fans are already "Why is Ham not playing Bamba, he can't be that bad", LMAO.

Or that all of our ballhandlers are all pretty mediocre passers and have a score first mentality and our coach is terrible at organising the offense. I don't recall him havbing problems getting shots

It also doesn't help that Harris plays almost all of his minutes with 2 teammates who can't shoot from 3 and every team happily leaves them open on the perimeter. There is only so much you can do with your movement when the spacing is that bad.

Keep in mind, one plays for $2M , other for $13 M

Gary Harris is definition of bench body who should not sniff near starting 5. On any nba team. I don't "hate " him, i just find him painfully mediocre at everything but spot up wide open shooting.

Yes, i can tell you - the one that is a better shooter is Harris, anyway, i dont get your point - Lee is playng serious minutes (3 less than Harris) on a pretty competive team, despite being worse than Harris at the thing he is supposed to do - spacing the floor (getting 1 more drb means nothing) and defence (Lee is not a good defender come on).
Can we get player like Gary for less money - probably. Maybe we already have him in Houstan. That doesnt mean he has been useless for us.

I hated this trade BTW, but it looks like Mo probably won't play for the rest of the season or if he comes back he will need conditioning etc with no time left on the clock.

Wonder if LA picks up his contract next year?

I am guessing no and then the Magic can sign him all over again.

Lakers are not in the business of paying players to develop. He’s going to get cut.

Just WOW at how terrible Beverley is in CHicago.

Started in 10 games, logging an average of 29mpg. In that time:

5.4 ppg
31% three ball
45.5% FT (what????)

What a plant for Orlando to have him with the Bulls.

His PER with the Bulls is 11. That places him around the 300th "best" NBA player.

As bad as that all is… he has been an upgrade for them. His stats suck but he bring much needed energy to that squad.

The Bulls has a DPOY candidate in Alex Caruso. It is criminal he is not starting at PG for the Bulls.

Caruso is a starter for the Bulls now. Neither him nor Baverley are what I'd call a PG, Lavine and DeRozan handle the ball way more than them.

Beverley's boxscore stats may look terrible, but the Bulls have been better since he came. He has a 12.9 net rating and while he is on the court their defense has been fantastic - 105.9 DRTG which would be league's best by some margin. Him and Caruso playing together have somehow made a starting lineup with a subpar defender at center and a well known negative defender in DeRozan into a dominant defence (98.9 DRTG so far).

Plus, anything that reduces Dosumnu's minutes is a plus for the Bulls, he's been that bad.

Pat Bev has been good for Chicago. He has a rebounds & assists double-double and a points & rebounds double-double. He's also had a positive plus/minus in 8 out of his 10 games.

I think Pat Bev does help teams but his personality wears on people. That's why he can't stick with a team anymore.

As for Bamba, he was (is) never going to work with LeBron. LeBron has zero time for lazy players, even if he, himself, cruises on defence.
