I told you guys Fultz is better than the current Westbrook.
Clippers without Kawhi are pretty mediocre, but still a solid win. Carter was fantastic, Fultz scored very well and actually got to the line for a change, bench was crucial, defense was solid throughout. Franz with another really good game and a huge dagger 3. Kevon with a solid performance from the bench.

As he look more and more like the finished article i hope they are not contemplating paying so much for his current version. If the fornt office wants to keep him, i imagine a proposal similar to the one WCJ got.
I would hope you are right.
However, this front offices history says otherwise.
We were in a position where our salary didnt really mattered, thats why we extended both JI and Fultz. Now its different. Time is ticking on Wagner and Banchero rookie deals. We are propalby last time high in the lottery.
IIRC we gave them the extensions just before the start of the 2020/2021, before we traded away Vuc, AG and Fournier, when the front office was still trying to make the playoffs again and our payroll was pretty high. So they weren't just trying to reach the salary floor with that.
I still think the right move would be to trade Fultz this summer now that his trade value has improved.
