I've always been a Cole fan, simply because he never stopped improving (and doing it with a good attitude), despite half the forum on here slating him. Every few months since he was drafted, you could see signs of something new in his game. That's incredible. Coachable players are so important for a successful team.
He needs to do better moving the ball, especially when he gets walled off in the paint. He needs to get better at slipping it to the roll man and generally working the inside.as a playmaker.
The defence over the screen is incredibly improving, having been awful. He needs to keep adding defensive building blocks. His very positive trajectory would tell you that's going to happen.
