Over here in SWFL we have really nice Goodwills that I like to pop in here and there to see if I can find a treasure. I'm looking at shirts for no reason and I see a jersey down the rack. I'm like cool u don't get many NBA jerseys at a Goodwill so I grab it and it's a freaking 2006 Magic practice jersey. I know it's 2006 because it was still under the reebok sponsorship Era. The letters and numbers were thick and stitched on the jersey, which means this damn thing might be a Magicians.. it's #30. I google it and see Carlos Arroyo wore 30 in 2006. Cool, whatever right.. It's reversible like most practice jerseys so I flip it inside out and I see a signature running down the number 0. I looked up Arroyos signature and it matches 100 percent whats on the jersey.

So yea, I found a 8.5/10 signed Arroyo Practice jersey at a random Goodwill in North Port FL for $1.99. It's an XLT too

That really is an incredible find -- congrats!

Resellers and YouTube have ruined all the fun of thrifting for me and a lot of other people. Has to be a really niche item and worthless to most people to find something really cool, at least on a consistent basis.

Right now it's "in" to wear vintage versus the actual thing people are wearing, such as an authentic autographed Carlos Arroyo Magic practice jersey.

He was great for us by the way. Thanks for that memory.
