FACT 1: Miller showed up to an area with a teammate's gun in the back of his car.
FACT 2: Before he arrived to the area, he was texted by said teammate to bring the gun to the area
FACT 3: The teammate handed the gun to a friend who used it to kill someone almost immediately after Miller showed up to the scene with the gun in the back of his car.

I accept that it's completely possible that Miller was already heading back to the scene and didn't come because he was requested to bring his teammate his gun.

I accept that it's completely possible that Miller never even saw the text from his teammate asking him to bring the gun.

I also accept that Miller is not responsible for what someone else does with their own weapon.

It's just the timing of the whole situation that looks so bad. Someone died within a few minutes of Miller pulling up to the scene, ya know?

"Bingo". No wait, or is this "never have I ever" and I need to stand up?

Edit: Remember, Miller was involved in a f****** murder and we are suspending Morant for glamming guns...

Sorry for the 3 comments but they really is 3 points of discuss to pull from your post.

From a pure talent perspective, this puts him as no 5 potentially on a lot of big boards. Am I incorrect?

1 Wemby
2 Scoot
3 Amen
4 Assaur
5 Miller? or someone else?
He's been top five on every big board I've seen. The only reason he could fall further is if there's fallout from the murder trial and he's getting charged or likely to get charged. That's still an ongoing investigation afaik

Investigations could take months to years. I guess if he wants his contract now this is the best time to get it for what that is worth....

That being said. If he is 5 on the board, in what world does he land to us at no 6 thus facilitating the "do we take or pass".

To be fair, his teammate has already been arrested and his trial starts next week. If they were going to charge Miller they would have charged him a long time ago, and pitted the two against each other.

Miller won't be there past 4....and only at 4 if a team is drinking the Amen Koolaid, which i guess could happen.

For me biggest suprise is Kobe Bufkin size. 6'4 without shoes, 187 lbs. Thats a big guard. Dick is also long, longer than Whitmore, Black, Thompsons, Whitehead.
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

Wallace is shorter than I expected, but he has great length. 6’2.5 with a 8’5 standing reach is good. He has big hands for his height, too, which has been a good indicator in the past. Mitchell and Wade are similar short but long armed players.

Zach Edey is gonna make some team happy in the 2nd round.
