Yes, but he got more training in the past summer than the rest of his life combined. You can also see the work in the practice videos put out. I made the comment before he played that he hasn't missed a shot in the NBA yet. Then he went on to make the most shots without a miss at the beginning of a career in nearly 3 decades.
