So, if I'm following, let the young guys "learn" through clumsy experimentation while staying competitive ...THEN make improvements in the backcourt?

That’s an “interpretation” through a cynical lens I guess.

But yes, give Paolo, Franz, Suggs and Black touches and opportunities today and gauge their limitations and weaknesses to improve on in the offseason. We’re 11 games into an 82 game season, we’ve got 71 games left to put these guys through their paces and see who’s able to adapt and improve.
What about the idea of cashing in Fultz + Isaac + Okeke for a contributor? It's... appealing to me.

Downside:
1. Isaac could never get injured again and I'd be devastated.
2. We'd be taking away reps from Black/Suggs/Jett

i think at this point, you have to keep isaac. elite defensive switchable wings with plus size are very valuable in the nba, theyre either hard to find or very expensive. If he improves the 3pt shot to atleast respectable then he is an elite elite role player
From strength, learn gentleness. Through gentleness, strength will prevail.

100…plus, what value would a team give towards Isaac, given his fragility. Maybe next year, once he’s shown he’s solid & reliable…but at the same time, why would you trade such an impactful player once he’s solid & reliable? I like that Mose is putting him at C some…in his post-game (Fri game), he discussed the C spot and the importance of rebounding & setting and holding picks to free Paolo & Franz …music to my ears.
