I found it silly for Martins to go on camera to "sell" this idea to Magic fans. We can all read. Martins saying how great Kia is; does that really sell cars?

The thing that annoyed me is they were saying how good it was for the community. Like how? The money is going to the Magic. And I saw on LinkedIn someone that works for the Magic community relations side saying that it’s amazing day for the community. Really? That’s laughable.

Does the league even require the details regarding arena naming rights?

I dont think we will ever know.

These things always leak (for example a tax form will be filled by Kia America or the Magic, and the reporters will get that as public record).

But it is clear it will be in the 6-11M per year range. That's what these things are "worth" these days.

Well: the Kia Center is owned by The City Beautiful and thus, the Orlando tax payers probably get funds to cover bond payments. I wouldn't be surprised if about 1M a year of this money goes to the city's coffers.

At 500M in tax payers money spent, at this rate of revenue generation, this means it will only take another 480 years to pay off the loan that built the buildings.
