Chuma is bad. He was over-drafted because he was injured to avoid hitting the cap for a season and has never been good in the NBA. If you think you're getting a FRP back for a guy that shoots with one arm, can't really move laterally and throws the ball out of bounds a lot then you're setting yourself up to be disappointed.

okeke is one season away from being out of the league.

dude has shown nothing to prove he is any better then some of the guys killing the gleague right now.

in 4 years, just a ton of injuries, a broken shot, and 1 breakout game where he played some good defense.

stats wise hes dreadful even a third stringer, he is almost unplayable at this point

you could argue Mo Bomba put up 10x better stats, and we literally just let him walk and he got a minimum

what is okeke going to get? i stil remember when he had that 18/10/6/4 game against MIA and we thought he was going to actually be a player in this league, now hes a 15th man

Word he's straight trash, I'd rather watch one of our 3 gleague guys get minutes and see if they bring anything to the table.

I agree he is bad right now but he can move laterally. That is one good thing about him actually.
Problem is he is not a good ball handler and he cant move very well WITH THE BALL.
I liked him, but i wouldnt resign him.
What i really dont like is that Weltman loves players with low confidence who are good teammates but break when the pressure is on.
Chuma, Fultz, WCJ, Bamba. You can even count Suggs to some extent. Those are also players who get injured a lot and i dont think its a simple coincidence. Chuma steps out of bounds 3 times a game, WCJ sulks a lot, Fultz loses control of parts of his body, Bamba sleeps during film sessions.

Biggy's song aside, he got worst every year, witch is kind a impressive.

His inability to ever draw any FTs is on next level as well.
This year he drew ONE foul to get him to FT line in 20 games. Missed both.

In general i hate when teams draft players who skip entire combine, because people who do that always have something to hide.
And, yes, he was hurt, but he didn't even do basic measurments.
Why? Well... allegedly 6'8 player shrinked to 6'6 in nba.

Guess who also skipped entire combine including measurments? Guy named Jett. His father is former nba player.
But unlike Chuma-Chuma-Chuma he wasn't even hurt, he knew it will just hinder his draft stock.

He can't. Whenever he needs to cover ground from a defensive stance he turns his body and runs. He's lacked any sort of explosive power from his legs his whole time here (I didn't watch him pre-injury at Auburn, so I don't know if it's injury related).

I agree with the rest of your post though, WCJ sulking irritates the hell out of me

Omg this. Someone stepping out while catching a pass at the 3-point line is something that might happen once a game, unless Chuma is in, then triple that number. It's crazy.
