Is Suggs our PG?

Do you honestly believe Suggs can be our PG?

Yes...we don't need a true, old-school PG. Suggs is more than capable.

No...he's just not the guy. I wish he was...it's not enough to just dribble over the timeline and hand it to Franz & Paolo

Pretty overwhelming result…which I agree with.

Now let’s get back to shopping for a PG, not just a sniper who won’t get much PT because he can’t ideally play next to Suggs in the starting backcourt.

Never really did. We really need Fultz / Cole to have the P+F +anything that resembles an NBA pointguard to hit the magic .500 number IMHO.

Suggs has risen to be our third best player. I have no doubts. He could in fact still improve as he is technically young enough into a legitimate 3rd option.

That is his ceiling. Amazing defense, potential 3rd option on what we presume will be a "good team" once we settle in on a PG or Black develops. So....2-3 years from now for Black if that is whom he is.

Can be? Maybe in a few seasons if he develops that part of his game. Right now, no, he's too chaotic for what we'd want ideally.

I love him as our SG though, now and in the future, so it's all good :D
