Leaving F-Wagner, Banchero, and Suggs off of the table (perhaps except for a top-5 player), let's look at all the other assets.
Draft rights to da Silva
Black
Howard
Anthony
Carter
nine first round picks and 13 second round picks
There is also these four, I will leave out as none of them are certain to be under contract.
Isaac
Ingles
M-Wagner
Houstan
In voting, consider not only "best" but also "most tradeable" given things like contract size and contract shape. As well as, "no way would he be traded".

I voted the draft assets, as even though they will be low, they have a defined value. For me, none of Orlando's tradeable players are stellar offers in a return. That is, I see teams trading for Orlando's picks and requiring a Magician to be added for salary purposes. Not the other way around.

Ideally if we're making a trade for a significant upgrade teams are looking for a few things in return- first round draft picks, young players likely on rookie scale contracts, vets on good deals, and lastly expiring contracts to free up cap space. WCJ and Cole are the best pieces for salary matching depending on who would be acquired. I don't see AB as a guy that Orlando is willing to part ways with yet. If they're ok with dealing Jett then I doubt he holds any real value yet. JI could be a great trade piece but that's if Orlando is willing to let him go. What he does (when he's on the court) isn't easy to replace. That really leaves picks. This FO kinda has a reputation of believing in building through the draft.
Although no news yet on mo Wagners team option or Chuma Okekes qualifying offer makes me wonder if there's still something in the works on the trade front.
