If okc can keep that up without Chet and IHart until December, then ill acknowledge that they really are better than us in defense.

Chet is done for the season, i might be wrong but i have never seen someone come back from a significant hip injury in less than a year

He didn't hurt his hip but his pelvis ( literally a** bone ).

He probably won't even do surgery. And playoffs don't roll for veeeery long time ( 5 months and 5 days ).

Cole probably won't be back next season.

they got to figure something out...he plays the least minutes but he's top 3 in 3pt makes on the team....he's one of the few players actually hitting shots
I legitimately think there is great chemistry with Jett, TDS, and AB. I'd love to see them off the bench together with Moe and JI.

This is what I'd like to see eventually as well. JI and Moe/Goga. Moe could be when we need that extra offensive punch... But to be honest.... Goga has shown something that i love. He's a defensive anchor and he's actually great in keeping the ball moving and getting to where it should be. That to me would also give the young three ample space to mature as well.

Ass bone is your coccyx. Sore but no big deal. Pelvis is a different animal. Can be serious.

That 13-0 run to start the 4th was beautiful.

AB/Suggs/Jett/JI/Moe

The 9 man rotation is where it's at.

Looking at the top-7, these are the best teams in the respective conference. Scoring is up league wide, but defense is still what wins games!

I can envision OKS and the Magic duking it out in the Finals in 3 or 4 years.

Here is what I would run with when fully healthy.

Suggs / Black
KCP / Cole-Harris
Franz / TDS
Paolo / JI
Goga / WCJ

Last Guardian wrote:Pretty good game. We hung around and then took over, but the last 5 minutes were fairly brutal. I love aggressive Franz. The Paolo injury had one blessing and thats Franz is finding his confidence. We need them both to be high level offensively if we are going to beat the best teams.

AB also finding his groove is huge for the team. AB and Suggs is a hell of backcourt going forward. I do think Magic will win it all a few years from now and they will be the starting backcourt.

see this is where stats are so polarizing to me....gary to me has just been cardio gary since that first game that tricked me into thinking denver gary harris might be back....speaking of....it's crazy what injuries can do to a player....gary harris is not that old but looking back at his denver days....looks like a completely different player

I just think it’s really easy to consider lack of counting stats to actually be lack of impact.

Harris is a low volume player. He doesn’t dribble. He doesn’t seek out shots. He doesn’t really do anything on either end of the floor that’s beyond what his limitations and capabilities are.

Because of that, he’s obviously never gonna be a high counting stats guy on a consistent basis.

But at the same time he doesn’t give away possessions on either end of the floor basically ever. No “bad” shots. No turnovers. No obvious defensive breakdowns. No silly fouls.

When he’s on the floor, you know he’s basically going to be in the right spots and not screw simple things up.

Now, that doesn’t translate to a lot of points, rebounds, assists, steals or blocks, but it does often mean a positive impact on the floor.
