I personally don’t care about their political views, I’m more worried about the basketball side of things especially the overall level of comfort they have in never winning a championship and being in no hurry to get one.

what do you'll think is happening right now though.

yes... we have not won a championship.... but neither has 9 other teams.... and 10 other teams have only won 1.... 4 of which are within the last 14 years.... and before that.... the other team was in the 1970s. Let's not act like winning a championship is super easy.

We had our chances yes.... but loss to teams likes of Hakeem.... and kobe. That sucks... but yep... we are seeing exponential growth in our layer and our coaching.

who would have thought after losing so many important players that we would be in the playoff run still. Lord knows that it would be amazing if we get healthy and the players that they did secure start shooting the way they were in the past and we expecting them too. will they start with positive regression.... i hope so... can't get much worse. haha. but does that mean that we haaaaave to quickly make a decision? if they think there is potential in what we have and no need to change so be it. if they think something has run it's course... I think they will pull the trigger.

Then they are comfortable with mediocrity and continuing the cycle. Do you or anyone else honestly expect Paolo or Franz to retire in Orlando if things don’t change? What happened with Shaq, T-Mac, and Dwight? Thirty six years, only ONE jersey retired in those rafters. Seems there is more loyalty right now to these often injured and unproductive guys we have on the roster than to those above mentioned guys.

Sooo... what you're saying is.... you wished this management was managing back then. :-D

The DeVos family and/or Alex Martins, that’s the head of this. Weltman and Anthony Parker those are just public faces. You look at 33 years of DeVos ownership you see the same thing happening back to the 90’s. It’s not Weltman, the problem has been much longer than Weltman has had his name attached to this.
