I understand the argument for vesting AB, but I can’t not give it to Franz. He was schooling a 7’3 defensive alien who leads the league in blocks..in the freaking paint. The IQ and finesse needed to work Wemby like that cannot be understated. And that time out right before going airborne out of bounds was the reason we were able to go ahead.

AB looked incredible. He’s an entirely different player when he’s aggressive and playing with confidence.

So good to see Paolo knock down that game winner, but even he knows he’s not getting mittens on this one.

I thought Franz played a bad 1st half. Drive right into Wemby who sent him packing. Thought he was careless with the ball a few times too. LOVED his 2nd half.
I voted for AB, because he punished CP

In seriousness. Nice to see F-Wagner as the Alpha. But Black did more to win this game. Still, that F-Wagner can take over when Banchero is not 100%, we fans are learning a lot about how the two forwards will play together these next three years.

As to Isaac, every rebound he had was ANGRY. There was no way anyone was ever going to steal the ball out of his rebounding hands. He was so focused in this one.

In conclusion: Love this 1-2-3!
