Some of you don’t understand how the league operates and it shows.

Just because this FO hasn’t **** the bed with every decision in nearly 10 years doesn’t mean they are capable of building a real roster.

They made one good trade and had two good drafts since 2017. Cool.

Take off the Orlando homer shades. Anyone with an understanding of how we’ve landed here should be reasonably unsatisfied.

Be nice if Suggs could come off his sabbatical so we could get a clearer look at our "core" again.

This trade wasn't some conspiracy - it was just a GM wanting AD bad enough where in most people's eyes he overpaid by a long shot to get him.

It’s probably wishful thinking on my part, but Alex Martins joining Weltman for the GSW road game just before the deadline wasn’t coincidental, IMO. I see Martins as the DeVos ambassador, and with the team hitting apron territory and committing to large real estate developments, I think the pressure will be on Weltman to level up the team. He was probably able to use the injuries as cover for now, and a lack of free Lukas being offered directly to him as reason not to make big changes to the team this deadline but by the end of the season expectations will only rise. He’s going to have to justify the big expense to the owners and results will have to align with it.

Fingers crossed anyway.

What will it take for Weltman's seat to get hot? If we miss the playoffs this year it will be blamed on injuries? Will it take not making them two years in a row for him to be under pressure or get fired?
