all kidding aside, hope you figure it out.


Starting to notice a correlation between this season and my health. Is this anything?

Hilarity and health aside. I have continued running and couldn't tell you whats going on if I wanted too. Today goal is another 38 minutes. Doing intervals of 2m running 1m walking to help rest my feet and joints. Last Friday I started off amazing thinking I was going to potentially PB at age 40 on a 5k, and then out of nowhere 7 minutes in a huge amount of knee pain. Walked it out. Heart rate max there was 184 and I felt alive.

I think the Magic also lost the next game. COINCIDENCE? I think NOT Weltman!
