Duh! Look at? It must be damn well fixed!

EVERYONE knows what we need at this point. Even Weltman. He's just too afraid to make a decision that he'll have to live with if it goes sideways.

It's a tough balancing act to not lose top 5 defensive status and the physicality, but yeah, you could even feel it during the regular season that if we aren't playing at 110% effort, our offensive system and team-wide shooting is like pulling teeth out.

I haven't NBA league pass watched enough teams like some years ago, so it's going to be harder for me, but I will look at clips more than just stats of tons of players this summer and see what position lists I like. Something that's not just Simons, Sexton like mentioned all year. Some new names like maybe that Ty Jerome idea lately and if MEM wants to blow up even on Zach Edey. One thing I was already thinking is if Mosley is really in love with 1 on 1 defense to the end, then it's going to slightly hamper JI's and Goga's impact, and it might open them for trade more than I thought during the reg season even though I fully believe JI had a down year from experimenting with gaining weight. And while I don't want WCJ starting, he and Mo could be amazing off the bench. CoJo and Trevelin got their deeper bench spots back next year in my book.

He was talking about exit interviews, the last meeting between the player and management prior to the offseason. :)
It's never been something any of us are privy to.

In my eyes Paolo and Franz are the untouchables..... Suggs and Moe are staples.... 50/50 on AB in the sense that I would rather keep him but he wouldn't stop me from including him in a great deal..... Cole has to go, as fast as possible.... Dell can go as well, if he's not really stretching the floor or rebounding then what good is he? KCP should go but I can see him being a bit hard to move so he might still be here.... Gary should be gone, as well as JI.. Everyone else, fire sale even though I think TDS is OK but he could be had as well

As far as what we need? We need one more legitimate bucket getter(Simons, Poole?) and I think we need a real stretch big with size no more 6'9 wendells of the world, tired of giving up 2nd chance points it should be 1 shot 1 rebound fast break in that order.......

Another example why the KCP signing was bad and short sighted. You have 3-4 NBA level offensive players on the whole roster.
Paying 20+ Mio for a limited stationary shooter in this scenario is just bad roster management. KCP is always KCP. No matter if he plays with 4 G-Leaque players or 3 Hall of Famers, he cant scale up his game or take on bigger usage. Defense & statinary shooting you can get cheaper. Other teams in the playoffs have roleplayers who can step up or even take over games, who cost as much or less.
I'm not even talking that we have 2 and a half other guys on the roster who can do the same as KCP or our lack of non scoring offensive attributes like ballhandling & passing. Guy coudnt even drive past Kornet when isolated with him on the 3 point line and just tried to shoot over him.
KCP is a solid player in a vacuum but was from the beginning not a problem solver & redundant.

Any real improvement can only start with trading him for a better fit. Like Detroit before the season you need 3 real NBA players additionally to Suggs (Moe later in the year) coming back who fit next to our forwards and address NEEDS. We dont need just only stationary shooting. We need dynamic, penetration, passing, ballhandling, ability to attack close outs, athletic upgrade (Bigs who can dunk and offer vertical spacing).

Half the board would disagree with this and they’d be wrong.

Everything you said here is correct.

This team is just too lacking in offensive creators, both in terms of playmaking and an ability to create their own shot against playoff defences, you just can't have only 2 playable ones in the playoffs and expect anything. At some point one of them will be in foul trouble or just have a bad night and your whole offense will collapse. Add to that Isaac becoming just about the worst offensive player in the league and the 3rd quarter debacle was sadly predictable. I knew we wouldn't be able to score at all without Paolo with Wendell and Isaac both on the court. Goga showed why he wasn't getting minutes in his brief appearance, he just can't contain the Boston wing players on the constant switches our scheme demanded.
