Both have goods and bads, both are not starting materials, or maybe 1 game out of 5.

Carlos brings fire but he's just not very smart. Same for Jameer who hasn't got a good vision but he can drive to the basket.

Arroyo's biggest fault may be his lack of foot speed.
Basketball is driven by three principles:

1) Movement 2) Application of fundamentals 3) Predictability
