Detroit is the best team in the East for the Magic to shoot for. They play their game no matter what (even when it hurts them, though that's rare).
They have a cold blooded killer instinct that the Magic need to imitate to beat teams like TO, the Cavs, Boston, Detroit and the better teams out West.
Gotta commend Dwight for playing excellent defense even when his offensive game wasn't going and he was being double teamed so hard. Though I find it interesting that Detroit double teamed him last night when they had success against Orlando by guarding him one-on-one and preventing the 3 point shooters from beating them.

Well sh*t, if Kebo is a Piston-killer (never thought I'd ever hear that I'm so happy) then we can't trade him. Bye-bye JJ.

lolers at the Detroit Free Press' take on officiating:
I don't think the Sentinel is that biased, it usually approaches questionable officiating by going through the coaches or players rather than stating something from the writer's point of view.
If there was anything inconsistent with the officiating its that sometimes the Pistons got away with stuff and sometimes they didn't.
Though the Pistons were playing subpar basketball, they also were burned by inconsistent officiating when the game was still close late in the first half, and again in the third quarter when they were a short run from climbing back into it

The only thing inconsistent with officiating last night was the fact that we weren't getting completely screwed for a change.
And you see the result.
I wouldn't mind seeing other opponents b*tch about refs for a change, I haven't had to do that for about 2 weeks.

Also, it seems to me like Detroit only showed up for the first quarter and the Magic played terrific defense after that. Its hard to blame officiating when it was a 25 point game at one point.

We beat down their over-rated team.
Bring them on in the playoffs.
I can't wait.
I think some Golden State fans are morons too.
