MIAMI Shopping MARION?

RealGm seems to report that Aldredge has know since the ASB that Miami is shopping Marion. Besides wanting him here, I dont understand that mentality. I guess that Miami has decided that he wont reup with them. They need to reduce some salaries.

The only way we could get him would be to use Lewis (wont happen) or use the expirings and add Hedo.

No way Miami would send Marion here, for the same reason that wouldn't send Udonis here.

I don't like the idea of acquiring Marion when he is on the verge of a new contract. We'd have 2 SFs under max contracts with Marion and Shard if Dan Fegan has anything to say about it.

I dont disagree, the thread was more to understand why they want to get rid of him so soon. If they did not want to keep him why didnt they include another team in the Shaq deal and get what they want. Now they can only trade him straight up. He can not be traded with any other players (CBA) I think they have to wait 90 days now and they only have 45 minutes. LOL
