I think there are better guys to get with the MLE. My top targets with the full MLE would be Childress, Maggette, and Nenad Krstic depending on how he comes back from his injuries. Other guys I'd like to look at are Pietrus, Ronny Turiaf, Carl Landry, Kurt Thomas, and Paul Millsap.

We won't be able to get Calderon. I would love for the Magic to land Childress from the Hawks. I think that having a spot in the starting line-up would definitely make it more enticing to sign with us. As far as big men, I'm sure Fran is coming over. He can be a factor defensively because of his length and can shoot the mid range jumper. He doesn't need to be a star, playing next to Howard would make things easier for him. I would also add another veteran big body.

Why did I think Antoine Wright was some wrinkly old center who can't jump? Was there ever a big man with a similar name? I honestly thought everyone was going crazy until I looked up the actual Antoine Wright.

Calderon will get a much larger offers than the MLE. Someone will offer him in the 8-9 million range and Toronto will have to decide if they want to break the bank for him.
