Congrats to Ewing and The Dream, and also to Dickie V. I'm watching his interview from Mike & Mike right now and he is genuinely in awe of having been selected. All of them are very deserving.

If the Knicks do hire Jackson, Ewing is likely to join his staff.

Interesting. I wonder who the Magic would hire as a big man coach if he leaves.

Wasn't Clifford Ray the big man coach before Ewing? Why was he let go?

Congrats.

It was earned.
Basketball is driven by three principles:

1) Movement 2) Application of fundamentals 3) Predictability

Just thought there should be an appreciation thread for Patrick Ewing in response to his induction into the basketball Hall of Fame. Ewing was a ferocious competetor and one of the best bigs to ever play the game. Lets hope he can finally earn that elusive NBA Championship ring as a coach for the Orlando Magic in the not to distant future. Way to go Patrick...you earned it!
