1. right, because whenever a team's coach or front office ostentatiously commits to a player, that player remains with the team no matter what.
2. this is known by everyone.
3. if hell freezes over and the opposite happens, then the person who deceived his teams' fans, will be publicly humiliated by his peers in the organization, he is banned for life from the nba and flogged 100 times just for the sake of it.

colangelo has said about a million times that jose is re-signing and is coming back to toronto next season.

I would say that one way or another, you guys need to get one of those two out of there. Long term, that can't possibly work out.
