I didn't read the article but I saw the game, and yea, there was so much flopping from both sides it was getting disgusting to watch.
One PnR play with Manu, Kurt, and Amare defending. As soon as kurt's and Amare's bodies made contact they both flew in opposite directions as if shot by a shotgun. Amare fell on Manu's legs which made him topple over him. It was a shame but   just the same.

which is it going to be, Shaq? Do you think that Dwight (who is too much of a man ever to flop) or Amare Floppamire (who plays defense like a girl, flopping every chance he gets...especially against Howard) is the best youngh big in the game? He was bragging up Floppa as the best, yet criticizes Amare's chief defensive strategy.

I actually agree with the Big Cactus. The Spurs are the kings of flopping

I wish they can insert a new rule that if someone obviously is flopping like Parker and Manu do, then a technical could be used

Someone should pull out that GIF of Amare flying back on Dwight and almost killing Nash in the process.

Can't stand the Spurs. Luckiest team on the planet. Also pissed off about how Horry got Amare suspended last year and cost the Suns a shot.
What about Duncans 3-pointer? Doesn't hit one all year and does it in that game?

On another topic, anyone watch Yahoo sports minute? They do highlights of the games and show LeBrons dunk from Saturday but not one mention of the Magic game, as if it wasn't even played.

That was an instant classic. I would love to have that GIF as an avatar.

Watching any 6'10", 249lb fall over because a 6'11", 270lb guy backs into him leaves me almost embarrassed - partly for the guy who did the flopping, who clearly lacks the self respect to simply play his man straight up, and partly for the refs who are stupid enough to be conned by it. I mean, I know Dwight is freakishly strong and does overpower his opponents, but anyone who is convinced that a guy who weighs in at 249lb (and is a pretty incredible athlete himself) can be pushed around that easily immediately qualifies for a dunce hat.

Did they mention every single game except for the Magic/Raptors one? Because if so, then yeah that is pretty bad.

In soccer you get a yellow card for falling falsely and 2 yellow cards will eject your from the game. We must have the same rule in NBA. I mean it takes the fairness of the game away. I am sure Varajeo would be shipped to Z- league if that happened.

Amare should've stayed in the bench area where he was sitting. Remember Jalen Rose?
