Man this really tough...The Magic really have assembled a perfect storm to create this success
If i had to choose one it would be SVG...For one reason...He played a role in developing each of the other choices
He implemented a perfect system for Dwight (something he may have learned from coaching Shaq)...Allowed Hedo to blossum...And made Rashard look like hes been with us for years
Role players?...Did we even have role players last year? lol
Seriously though Stan has put in a hell of a system, is a motivator, and is consistent...Every guy knows his role every night, they know their minutes and whats expected from them...Players are held accountable ( even Dwight)
I take cant say enough about how awesome SVG is...COACH OF THE YEAR
