At least Smitch made a lineup change during the game. We had a coach last year that never would have done that. You guys started to figure us out after the first quarter and it will be TOUGH for us to beat you in game three. I'd actually be surprised if we win but anything is possible if Dwight keeps getting 20 20s.

+1... but Smitch is still an idiot for bringing out that starting lineup.. but he made the adjustment thats more than you can say about brian hill.

i think toronto will win 1 of 2 in Toronto, but if they dont win game three its over.

im not a coach, but i just cannot understand why TJ is starting instead of Jose at this point...my only notion is that he is doing that for potency off the bench...

I read an article recently on ESPN, that said Jose Calderon approached Sam Mitchell and requested that TJ Ford start when he came back from his injury. Apparently Calderon thought it was best for the team. IMHO, Ford, who is much more of a scoring guard than Calderon, is surely suited to come in and provide some energy and scoring spark with the second unit.

Of course, my opinion doesn't really matter in the scheme of things, but surely Calderon's shouldn't either - Sam M is the coach, and is the one who should be making the lineup decisions. If he allowed himself to be influenced or led by Calderon, they really do have a problem up there.

We already have a Jason Kapono. His name is J.J. Redick.

And yet the Magic don't use him much.

Not a Raptor in sight. :D

to be fair, all of the raptors involved with that play were laying down, so you can't see them from that angle.

Yes, that is the reasoning provided by one of the ESPN analysts. T.J. Ford is not suited to play effective coming from the bench. But, considering his performance while starting, I think, Toronto has nothing to lose at this point by benching him in favor of Calderon.

 What I meant was that look on Andrea's face (with Gortat) makes him look either high, or that Chris Flop is giving him one up the wazzu from his usual position on the floor, out of plain view.
