They said on the radio today that he'll be ready to go tomorrow.

Good news ORL...I was about to cry if Arroyo had to start after his poor defense yesterday.

I am starting to think that Nelson's defense is actually in another league as Arroyo!

Thats good news, its only a contusion to the muscle then. Coupled with ORL's info, its all good. Arroyo needs to be out of this rotation though. Dooling should be the one off the bench, God knows we need his defense. Calderon lit Carlos up like a roman candle.

I can't imagine Arroyo gets any more minutes.

I was about to react to hype_2004's post that there's no treatment for back spasms when I saw you got into it. Nice explanation!

From a physical therapists perspective there are a couple more ways to look at it btw, although I don't have time to get into it right now. Stress, a lack of funtion from the local stabilizers and sometimes a lack of strength in the 'bigger' back muscles is what we might take a look at as well in order to prevent the back spasms from getting back.

No doubt about it. I refer to a PT as well. I have some therapy that I do in my office, but its not as extensive as what a physical therapist does. Most of the time the two professions go hand in hand, but there are some discrepancies on what approach to take at times. Thats a discussion for a later date though.

Just watched a Jameer interview and he said he doesn't think that his back should be a problem for tomorrow's game.
