It's not that he needs to be facilitator for me.

Think back to the Detroit series when he'd get a postup opportunity, it seemed like there was no touch to his shot. Perhaps he was rushing because he didn't want the double to come or maybe he was worried about getting fouled due to his lack of FTMs.

What MagicFan149 was saying is that he needed to gather himself for a second before putting up his shot. Towards the end of the Det. series they were line drives which nearly cracked the backboard or knocked the rim lose from the glass (pardon the hyperbole).

Sometimes it's good to make your move straight away. Sometimes it's good to wait. It's all about reading the defense really. That's where he will improve with experience.
