Sign and Trade (Sigh again) Keyon Dooling and Carlos Arroyo (Maybe future first) to Miami in exchange Udonis Haslem

Sign Francisco Elson using Bi Annual exception

Sign either Roger Mason/Chris Duhon/Jannero Pargo to half the MLE

Sign Matt Barnes to the other half of MLE

Sign Michael Doleac to the Minimum

Sign Dan Dickau at the minimum

Nelson / Chris Duhon/ Dickau
Evans/ Pietrus/ Barnes
Lewis/ AK-47 /CDR
AK-47/ Haslem/ Foyle

Im still shocked that people are so bent on trading Hedo for Kirilenko. Seems to me they want to trade for the sake of trading.
