I went to The First Academy.

Lake Highland beat us in football every year, but we didn't pay our player... :rofl:

When I played, our basketball team was much more competitve. We got to the final 8 my junior year and won the disrtict my senior year!

I only played basketball 7th and 8th grade year, but I got the pleasure of playing with Taurean Green, who is with the Nuggets now.

I did play football throughout high school.

Why can't regular members send pm's here?

It was allowed way back when, but the ability was removed due to people abusing it.

While they're not very common on the Orlando board, if you've ventured off to other boards, I'm sure you've seen some pretty heated flame wars -- You can only imagine how they would escalate into constant inappropriate personal attacks via PMs.

I guess the trade off was considered to be worth it, and it probably has been. Anytime someone needs to relay any personal information, they typically just PM one of the mods (such as has been done in this thread) with the information itself and request that we forward it, or PM an email exchange so that the two people can share it privately, in the event that it's something they don't want even the mod reading.

I think it's worked pretty well, and we're usually pretty quick to relay the information, so I don't think it's too much of an inconvenience.

I beat him in knockout and 21 in gym :rofl:

he would definitely own me now obviously but that was before his rigorous training for the NBA. And I think I am a purty good bballer.
