You guys do realize this is pointless the only way this could possibly work is to trade Reshard for Bosh and Toronto isn't stupid enough to make that trade. We just don't have enough money.

Any chance in 2010 ended with that Rashard contract. Which is just getting good around 2010. 3 final all over 20 million per season.
To bad too because I think someone would have come to play with Dwight. I could have seen Amare coming back here to play with Dwight as well. Really trying to get some talent in here that would make a sign and trade possible might be a better bet. Hedo, Nelson, 2 first in 2010 for Bosh or Amare. They might consider those deals if they think they will loose them to another team. I see Amare as one of the most likely to leave. What will Phoenix have around Amare in 2010. Of course they will be a player in 2010 for free agents so perhaps they plan on adding someone then.

Devin 1L wrote:So wait, where did Mariotti get this from? Did he just pull Orlando's name out of the sky?Bosh will flee Toronto and look at Orlando and Western Conference teams.
I mean, that's the only thing he says regarding Orlando. It just seems really odd that were the only team named specifically, I've never heard anything before regarding Bosh to Orlando, and he doesn't back up his reasoning in the slightest.
I'm curious to know what this stems from because it seems like he just thought: "Hmm, Orlando should be good, let's go with them. Muhahaha!"
Mariotti is an idiot that stays in his office and doesn't attend any games and more than likely pulled this out of ass.
He offers no explanation for why Bosh would look at Orlando and Western Conference teams, and probably would come up with some BS if he was asked.

I don't think Hedo would be here in 2010.
But signning any of these big names is just ridiculous because we don't have much to give up.

We've certainly seen some crazy trades and financial moves over the last few years...I wouldn't say anything is impossible anymore.

How do you propose that?

Not likely, even if Lewis donated his per diem.......lol

It is way to early to be talking about this unless your the Nets lol.
i think it would be much better than Duncan/Robinson...
if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is...

No, not really. Dwight still not the player Robinson was and it is uncertain if he would ever be as good. One thing is for sure, Bosh will never be as good ad Duncan. The only advantage D12 and CB4 have is that they are both in their primes. The Admiral was old by the time Duncan reached his prime

Be prepared for missing a year in the playoffs (but a higher pick) and you should have a good shot at a championship team when you sign one fo those players. If you don't then you pretty much busted up the team and will be scrambling worse than the clippers are right now. No risk no reward.
ahah, my goodness, thank god you're not the GM of this team.
Don't be stupid. Its the title and premise of the thread. How would you get Bosh? Only by clearing space. You aren't going to get a sign and trade because they will be getting far better offers than what we can offer. Hedo for Bosh in two years? get real. The only way you could get Bosh here is if you made moves to trade those players and clear cap space to sign them outright. Once you have to convince a team to take any of our players not named Dwight the jig is up.
Thank God you aren't the Gm because as bad as Otis is if he could throw rashard under a bus in order to get Wade, Lebron or Bosh he'd do it. Now would I bust the team up like that to go after Bosh - not unless I was relatively sure I could get one of those premier players. If I were and could move Rashard of course I'd do it. What idiot wouldn't?

Thats not a shot thats just a fantasy. There are no reports anywhere that Orlando is the only place bosh would go to and plenty of teams could offer far more. My only point is quite easy to grasp. IF you wanted to get Bosh thats the way you'd get him. By clearing space.
