This may not be what he's looking for, and he may have already explored it, but has he considered looking for a job with Orlando Magic organization?

I'm subscribed to their job board, and I'm always getting notifications of job openings, internships, etc.

If he's played basketball his whole life, I think it's safe to say he's got an interest in it, so it might be something that he'd like. And from their end, I assume there is a good chance that he might be held in higher regard than others with similar educational background, due to his background in basketball playing both college and overseas.

Just a thought.

In Orlando? Check.
Career type? Check.
Soft spot for 6'8" employees? Pat Garri...umm...Check.

I personally have already thought about that...but due "a reason" beyond my control im ordered to keep him away from any potential NBA affiliated situations, or people that know certain people (dragon room, 23, other players etc.)...lol..basically pulled out of the pro athlete lifestyle all together, which makes it a bit difficult for me to take dude out with me.
