I can see him getting hot a game this season and dropping 30+

26-30

He's a great 3 pt shooter, could definitely see a game where he knocks down at least 5-6 3s

26-30 seems reasonable. There will be a night when he's hot and he'll get more minutes since we have a coach who will actually have a rotation and look for those things. Not take people out right when they're shooting lights out.

I was gonna bring up the LaVine reference too. Mario is probably the most NBA ready offensive player in the draft. If one of Oladipo or Harris is out and he plays 40+ minutes I could easily see him breaking 30 points.

i would not want Oladipo or Harris to read this board the day that Hezonja goes off for 30.

It's probably best they don't ever read it lol.

Klay scored 29 his rookie year. Even though the Warriors were worse that year than we will be next year, I think Mario might be a better rookie because of his pro-ball experience. He's inconsistent, but the kid can go off on some teams with his shooting. In Europe his season high was 24 pts (6assists), 8/8 3pt shooting in only 23 minutes.

I'm guessing 32 pts.

At some point it's kind of random. But for Hezonja I'd definitely take Klay's rookie year over LaVine's 37!

Lol. People already get on them for everything. When Hezonja has a big game everyone is going to overrate him while underrating Oladipo and Harris.

Hezonja is the kind of player who is going to get really hot from 3 one game and go off. But he won't get enough minutes/touches to get more than 30, so I say 26-30,

I'm sure he can crack 30 easy. Even Sasser went off for 26 and 10 when McGrady was out ;)

There is a nice normal distribution with a peak at 26-30, and a skew to 21-25. So most fans thus think that 26 or 27 points is were he should land. I can accept that.
