That isn't why he's getting so many minutes... He's getting so many minutes because he's playing better than anyone else at the 3 spot. Simple as that - skiles made it clear, we're playing to win, and Evan came out strong this year and is playing fantastic.
He didn't play that well in the first couple of games, and was still getting minutes. He started from the very beginning of the season, because you have to have at least one good shooter on the floor. It's team basketball 101.
