I really dislike Skiles' schemes at both ends of the floor, but I think complaints about him being unfair to guys like Payton and Hezonja are pretty silly. Those guys get benched a lot because they screw up a lot. That's the way it's supposed to go.
Anyway, I tend to lean toward giving Skiles another year, but I wouldn't be sad to see him go. Really, I say one more year for both him and Henny, and then show them both the door if we still suck at this point next year.
