Apparently the Warriors felt that former Magic Zaza Pachulia was the cheaper option at 2.9M for a season.

Hardworkers are great to have. Wherever he goes he will fit in perfectly. Good luck!

Toronto always appreciates the blue collar players. I'm sure he'll be a fan favourite if we do end up signing him.
How is he at setting screens?

This one.

......

Look: Orlando's ability to sign future free agents is also about being fair to the current roster. By letting Dewayne Dedmon gain a higher contract than the Magic would have offered, where he probably will have more minutes, this shows "The kind of Organisation" Orlando is.

With Orlando's roster, Dedmon was not going to get any minutes at all (excluding numerous injuries).

It is good that GM Hennigan sees the Magicians as more than just Assets.

Zaza could've easily gotten 10m/year, if not more. Clearly he's more interested in winning than money at the moment. Fantastic pickup for the Warriors. Gotta think he's their 5th starter (Curry/Thomson/Durant/Draymond/Zaza).

What would you guys say is the big differences between Biyombo and Dedmon? And how's his defense and rebounding?

Big difference is Dedmon can actually contribute on offense. He has no post game, but he is a phenomenal lob target, very nice free throw shooter for his type of player, and looks like he would be able to knock down mid-range jumpers if given the green light.

Defense and rebounding are rock solid on there own. Big problem is that he fouls so much that he can't put up the numbers he is capable. He doesn't have an off switch.

Really appreciated his game. Would have liked to see him stay and develop here, but the addition of Biyombo made it tough. I hope he finds himself in a good spot that will continue to foster his development.
