Green light and more importantly confidence are the biggest keys. Can't be afraid to miss and you have to have the belief from your coaches. He'd have open looks and hesitate. Hesitation is death for a jumpshot which is all about rhythm.

Michael Smith asked Gordon how much will your role change with the additions of Ibaka and Biyombo? If I remember off the top of my head, I think Gordon said having those 2 guys back there will really help anchor our defense. Than he said with the addition of Jeff Green, it will intense in practice. Gordon didn't share anything special or breaking news
