Hennigan sure has done a great job developing this "organic" locker room culture of his. It's basically Heart and Hustle 2.0!

Not if you know Adamos and his work until recently...

He hasn't been in the locker room this season like in years past and it's not exactly the same roster as the one he got to know. But you don't need a press pass to realize this team is a mess.

Actually I do but that doesn't matter. I agree with OrlandO. We're splitting hairs here, while Adam is correct his comment is a reflection of how alot of us fans feel .This team is a hot mess.

There is not one guy on this team that can make shots and keep us in the game during our awful runs. This has been the worst season for me as a fan and it's killing me to know that we have to retool again. I wish I were a Sixer fan and this coming from one of Hinkie's biggest bashers. Look who's laughing now. :(

I don't think that anyone is blaming it all on Vogel but Hennigan did say they were attached at the hip when it came to personnel decisions so on the flip side you cant entirely blame Hennigan either.

Looking at Vogel's trackrecord :
2013 playoffs. Beat Hawks in first round. They were 44 wins team.
IN second round vs Knicks, he faced team with Melo and Tyson Chandler. Who was second offensive weapon to that team? JR Smith, on his 33% FG , with infamous stroy how he was drunk before game , hitting on Rihanna.
Lost in conference finals against Heat. Why series ended up being 7 games series? Well , somehow HIbbert averaged 22 ppg -10 rpg in that series and F-ing FELTON.

NBA playoffs 2014:
- first round Hawks without Horford. In 7 games. Pero Antić was Hawks starter at C. Should I add more?
Second round Wizards. Team with no bench whatsoever. Tample, Harrington, Gooden ,Webster and Andre Miller.

Around that time he lost his team, Evan Turner and Lance were trowing fists at practice, George slept with Hibberts wife or something like that , it was crazy.
Lost in 6 to Heat ,same Heat that got abused by Spurs with biggest margin in NBA history.

Didn't make playoffs in 2015.
Lost in first round in 2016.

Played two conference finals because somebody had to lose to Heat before finals.

I don't think Vogel has been too impressive, but you really can't blame him for this team doing what it's done for 5 straight years now. They suck. Period. This is the point in the season where everyone turned on Skiles, too, even though the same roster was doing the same thing it had done each January for the past 3 years. They are not good. Think about how much we obsess over our "prospects" Elf and AG -- and they are mediocre. They are both in their third years and one of them, Elf, has finally reached 12.0 ppg scoring. 12 points per game. For the first time. In his third year. And AG still hasn't reached that illustrious milestone. Those are our young studs. We are delusional thinking this team should be good. There is no star, and there is no player close to being a star. And Vogel could play Hezonja 48 minutes per game and it would change none of this.
